Support policy:

 

The official support is avialiable for all ROSA commercial products.

The ‘ROSA Fresh Desktop’ and other open source software products are supported by community.


For our commercial products we provide a support service in two formats: “Base” and “Standard”.

Base support format:

  • grants access to all commercial software updates

  • grants access to our support service by e-mail at support@ntcit-rosa.ru (please include your organisation name, support number and license type)

  • maximum e-mail answer time is 16 working hours

  • for all customers who purchased our products with the BASE type of licence, 1 year of the basic support is already included into the price

  • support prolongation is available at any time


Standard support format:

  • grants access to all commercial software updates

  • grants access to our support service by e-mail at support@ntcit-rosa.ru (please include your organisation name, support number and license type)

  • grants access to our support service by phone +7 499 720-83-14 (Mon. – Fri. 10:00-19:00 MSK) (we need your organisation name, support number and license type)

  • maximum e-mail answer time is 8 working hours

  • for all customers who purchased our products with the STANDARD type of licence, 1 year of the standard support is already included into the price

  • support prolongation is available at any time
